Hey there! I am so glad you are here! Let me tell you a little about me!
I am Stephanie. I had this wild idea about 8 years ago…
I first set foot in a space for a 90-minute Restorative Yin Class in 2018. I was scared because I had never been to a yoga class before, but knew there was a reason why it was calling me…

I had been Emergency Dispatching for 4 years at that time, living back at home with my parents, while figuring out how to be a single parent after leaving an abusive relationship. All of those stressors added together were a unique recipe to go either way… I knew something had to give.

I signed up for my first yoga class; the description sounded exactly like what I needed… “relieving stress, leaving feeling refreshed…” I walked out of my first yoga class feeling light as a feather, with all of my stress melted away. I felt like I was walking out into a different universe. Crazy, I know, right?! I continued my Yoga practice on and off from there on out, dropping into various studios when my time allowed me to, in between my daughters’ various sports schedules and crazy work life hours. I think my third class, lying on my mat in a packed room of about 15 students on a weeknight, it called to me… I wanted to create this… I wanted to create a safe space for people to come and rejuvenate themselves. A space for them to connect with other people or just themselves, with little to no distractions. I wanted to share the feeling I had associated with yoga, with so many other people, hoping to heal them, just as I still heal, one class at a time.

Early 2025, I jumped into Yoga Teacher Training and met the best group of gals. We graduated in June and taught my first “Real” class in July. I hosted free Sunset Yoga classes for a couple of months before locking in a small space in Town. March 2026, we moved in on Main Street… and the rest is history.
I enjoy sharing my practice with others and have created a space for you to come and take time for yourself. It is a comfortable space that nurtures peace within, encourages you to love yourself and others, all while breathing deeply.

Thus far, I have had the opportunity to teach students next to Puppies, Women in Recovery, daughters next to their mothers, and once strangers next to new Yogi friends. I am forever grateful for who and what God has provided me with, and look forward to what the future will bring.

Forever enjoying the ride,
Stephanie Neumann
